About CIED NextGen
Preparing Young People for Ownership, Innovation and Modern Economic Realities
CIEDNextGen is a modern entrepreneurial education initiative developed by the Caribbean Institute for Entrepreneurial Development (CIED) to equip teenagers and young adults with practical business, financial, digital and leadership skills needed for success in today’s changing economy.
As the world continues to evolve through technology, artificial intelligence, digital transformation and shifting economic realities, young people require more than traditional academic knowledge alone. They need practical exposure, entrepreneurial thinking, financial intelligence, digital literacy and real-world skills that prepare them to create opportunities, build businesses and lead with confidence.
CIEDNextGen was created to bridge that gap.
Our programmes are designed for young people between the ages of 14 and 22 who are seeking a modern educational pathway that combines entrepreneurship, innovation, leadership development and future-ready skills in an engaging and practical environment.
